Lakeland Farm Visitor Centre

The Lakeland Farm Visitor Centre is an authentic Lakeland Farm experience, Farm Shop, Butchers and Farm Kitchen, located in The Lake District between Windermere and Staveley on the A591.  Here, you can learn why the modern Lakeland farm is so important to the future and sustainability of The Lakes, and how historic farming has helped form this beautiful landscape helping The Lake District gain World Heritage Status.

Find out more about the traditional methods still used on today’s Lakeland farm, meet the animals and watch the daily livestock show in the Lakeland Farm Arena.  Try your hand at some traditional farming techniques.

Enjoy a drink and a bite to eat in our Lakeland Farm Kitchen overlooking the fields towards Windermere and the Lake District beyond, visit the Farm Shop & Butchers, where you’ll be able to take a some of our farm produce home with you.
